About Dyed Fabrics
As a knitted fabric manufacturer based in Gaziantep, Turkey, Atak Textile produces dyed fabrics using high quality reactive dyes and controlled dyeing processes. This ensures excellent color fastness, batch-to-batch consistency and long lasting performance for our international clients across Europe and beyond. Solid dyed knitted fabric is one of the most widely used fabric types in the apparel industry, valued for its uniform color, soft handfeel and versatility across garment categories.

Our Colour Development Process
Every dyed fabric colour starts with a reference from our client and goes through a careful laboratory matching process before it reaches bulk production. Here is how we develop a colour from request to approval.
Reference Sample or Pantone Code
The client shares the target colour, either as a physical fabric or yarn swatch, or as a Pantone reference code.
Colour Laboratory Study
Our in-house laboratory develops the requested shade, producing between 2 and 8 lab dip variations for a single colour to find the closest and most accurate match.

Internal Reference Retained
A few pieces of each lab dip are kept on our Laboratory Colour Study Card for internal tracking and future batch reference.
Sent for Customer Approval
The remaining swatches are sent to the client for review and final colour approval before bulk production begins.
