PRODUCTION

ATAK TEXTILE has continuously expanded its knitting capacity in line with customer demand. Between 2013 and 2016, the company invested in 21 open-width knitting machines. As of today, our knitting mill operates 24 tubular knitting machines and 21 open-width knitting machines, consisting of high-technology Terrot, Mayer, Pailung, and Pilotelli brands. To further strengthen our production capabilities, in 2024 we invested in 8 brand-new 2024 model Mayer knitting machines and 2 brand-new 2024 model Terrot knitting machines. In 2026, we added 4 more 2024 model Terrot interlock knitting machines to our production line. These investments significantly increased our production capacity, efficiency, and product quality, enabling us to better serve our customers with faster lead times and greater flexibility.

25 Tons/Day, Tubular-Open Width, Lycra, Full Lycra, Single Jersey, Single Lacoste Pique, Double Lacoste Pique, American Lacoste Pique, Rib, Interlock, Camisole, Cardigan, Two Thread Fleece, Three Thread Fleece, Double Face Interlock fabric compositions can be knitted between 100 gr/m2 and 700 gr/m2 range.

%100 Cotton, %100 Polyster, %100 Viscose, Cotton-Polyster, Cotton-Viscose, Modal, Modal-Cotton, Polyviscose, Grey Melange, Snow Melange and different blended fabrics can ve knitted.

10 of Tubular knitting machines has Lycra attachment, all of 21 open-width knitting machine has Full Lycra attachment.

Each roll of fabric are controlled right after knitting with using different sources of lights, by our experienced staff in our quality control department.
