Atak Textile manages the production of printed knitted fabrics according to our fabric specifications, customer designs and quality requirements.

Rotary and digital printing solutions are available for different knitted fabric constructions and design requirements. The appropriate printing method is selected according to the fabric structure, design, repeat size, colour requirements and production quantity.

Before bulk production, print sampling and colour approval are coordinated according to the customer's design and specifications. Once the sample is approved, production proceeds according to the approved design, colour and technical requirements.

Quality control is carried out at multiple stages of the printing process. Printed fabrics are inspected for print quality, colour consistency and compliance with the approved specifications.

Depending on the fabric and customer requirements, different printing techniques and effects can be applied. The final printed fabric is evaluated according to relevant quality parameters, including print appearance, colour consistency, GSM, width, shrinkage, colour fastness and hand feel.
