PRODUCTION

Atak Textile does not operate its own printing facility. Printed knitted fabrics are produced through carefully selected and trusted printing partners according to our fabric specifications, customer designs and quality requirements.

We work with experienced printing facilities offering rotary and digital printing solutions for different knitted fabric constructions and design requirements. The appropriate printing method is selected according to the fabric structure, design, repeat size, colour requirements and production quantity.

Before bulk production, we coordinate print sampling and colour approval according to the customer's design and specifications. Once the sample is approved, the printing process is arranged with the appropriate production partner.

Quality control is carried out at multiple stages of the printing process. Our printing partners perform their own quality inspections, while Atak Textile's quality control personnel also inspect the fabric at the partner printing facility. After the printed fabric returns to our facility, it is inspected again by our own quality control team before proceeding to the next stage or shipment.

Depending on the fabric and customer requirements, printed fabrics can be supplied with different printing effects and finishing treatments. The final result is evaluated according to relevant quality parameters, including print appearance, colour consistency, GSM, width, shrinkage, colour fastness and hand feel.
