PRODUCTION

Atak Textile does not operate its own dyehouse. Our knitted fabrics are dyed through carefully selected and trusted dyeing partners according to our fabric specifications, colour requirements and quality standards.

We work with experienced dyeing facilities capable of processing different knitted fabric constructions and fibre compositions. Dyeing processes may include reactive dyeing, bleaching and washing, depending on the fabric composition and customer requirements.

Quality control is carried out at multiple stages of the dyeing process. Our dyeing partners perform their own quality inspections, while Atak Textile's quality control personnel also inspect the fabric at the partner dyehouse. After the fabric returns to our facility, it is inspected again by our own quality control team before proceeding to the next stage.

Before bulk production, colours are developed and assessed through our colour study and approval process. During bulk production, Atak Textile maintains control over colour specifications, fabric parameters and quality requirements to ensure consistency between approved samples and production batches.

The dyed fabric is evaluated according to relevant quality parameters, including colour consistency, GSM, width, shrinkage, colour fastness and hand feel, based on the fabric type and customer requirements.
